హామీలపై ఇన్ని అబద్ధాలా!

ఇదేం తీరు సీఎం గారూ!.. వాగ్దానాలు ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో ఇచ్చానంటారా?

 

సాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్‌: ఇంతలా కళ్లార్పకుండా కమిట్‌మెంట్‌తో ప్రజలను మోసం చేసిన ముఖ్యమంత్రిని చూడలేదని ప్రతిపక్ష వైఎస్సార్సీపీ తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో ధ్వజమెత్తింది. ఎన్నో అలవిమాలిన హామీలిచ్చి మభ్యపుచ్చి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన చంద్రబాబు ఇపుడు ఆ హామీలపై ఆడుతున్న అబద్ధాలు చూసి రాష్ట్రప్రజలు నిర్ఘాంతపోతున్నారని వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. హామీలపై చంద్ర బాబు చేస్తున్న అబద్ధపు ప్రచారాన్ని, ప్రజలను మోసం చేస్తున్న తీరును వైఎస్సార్సీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు తేదీలు, ఆధారాలతో సహా బట్టబయలు చేశారు. బుధవారం పార్టీ కార్యాలయంలో వేర్వేరుగా జరిగిన విలేకరుల సమావేశాలలో వైఎస్సార్సీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు గడికోట శ్రీకాంత్‌ రెడ్డి, కాకాణి గోవర్ధన్‌ రెడ్డి పలు వివరాలను వెల్లడించారు.

రాష్ట్రం విడిపోయిన తర్వాతనే.. చంద్రబాబు పూర్తి స్పృహలో ఉండే అన్ని హామీలూ ఇచ్చారని, రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలకూ వేర్వేరుగా మేనిఫెస్టోలనూ విడుదల చేశారని వారు వివరించారు. ‘2014 మార్చి 1న రాష్ట్ర విభజన చట్టం గెజిట్‌ విడుదల కాగా చంద్రబాబు మార్చి 31న రెండు మేనిఫెస్టోలను విడుదల చేశారు. అందులో వందలాది హామీలను పొందుపరిచారు. ఇపుడు మూడున్నరేళ్లు పూర్తయిన తర్వాత ఆ హామీలన్నిటికీ తిలోదకాలివ్వడమే కాక తాను ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో ఆ హామీలిచ్చానని బొంకుతున్నారు’ అని వారు ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. అంతేకాదు చంద్రబాబు ఇచ్చిన అలవిమాలిన హామీలను చూసి అనుమానమొచ్చిన ఎన్నికల కమిషన్‌ ఆ హామీలెలా అమలు చేయబోతున్నారంటూ ఓ నోటీసు ఇచ్చింది.

ఆ నోటీసుకు ఏప్రిల్‌ 11న చంద్రబాబు ఐదుపేజీల సమాధానం కూడా రాసి పంపారు. ఆ హామీలన్నీ తాను స్పృహలో ఉండే ఇచ్చానని, ఆ హామీల వల్ల పడే ఆర్థిక ప్రభావం గురించి కూడా తనకు తెలుసునని, కులమతాల పట్టింపు లేకుండా అందరికీ ఆ హామీలు అమలు చేస్తామని,  మేనిఫెస్టోలోని హామీలన్నిటినీ అమలు చేయగలమన్న నమ్మకం తమకు ఉందని ఆ లేఖలో చంద్ర బాబు ఎన్నికల కమిషన్‌కు రాశారు. ప్రజలకు ఏవీ గుర్తుండవని, అన్నీ మరచిపోతారని ఆయన అనుకుంటున్నారని, కానీ అందరికీ అన్నీ గుర్తున్నాయని ఎమ్మెల్యేలు వ్యాఖ్యానిం చారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్థాయి వ్యక్తి అందరికీ ఆదర్శంగా ఉండడానికి బదులు పట్టపగలు ఇలా ఘోరంగా అబద్దాలాడడం మునుపెన్న డూ ఎరగమంటూ ప్రజలు ఛీత్కరిస్తున్నారని వారు పేర్కొన్నారు. 
 

విభజన తర్వాతే టీడీపీ మేనిఫెస్టోలు

ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో ఉండగా హామీలిచ్చానని చంద్రబాబు అబద్ధాలు చెప్పారు. 2014 ఫిబ్రవరిలో రాష్ట్ర విభజన చట్టం ఆమోదం పొందింది. మార్చి ఒకటో తేదీన రాష్ట్రపతి సంతకం పూర్తయి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం గెజెట్‌లో వెలువడింది. చంద్రబాబు టీడీపీ ఎన్నికల మేనిఫెస్టోను మార్చి 31న విడుదల చేశారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాలకు విడివిడిగా మేనిఫెస్టోలను బాబు విడుదల చేశారు. టీడీపీ నేతలు ముద్దు కృష్ణమ నాయుడు (ఏపీ), రావుల చంద్రశేఖరరెడ్డి (తెలంగాణ)ని చెరోవైపు నిలబెట్టుకుని ఫొటోలు కూడా తీయించుకున్నారు. నిజాలు ఇంత నిఖార్సుగా ఉంటే రాష్ట్రం ఉమ్మడిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు హామీలిచ్చానని చంద్రబాబు ఎలా అబద్ధాలు చెబుతారు?.

ఈ హామీల అమలు ఎలా సాధ్యమని కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషన్‌కు ఒకరు లేఖరాస్తే.. ఎన్నికల సంఘం కూడా టీడీపీని వివరణ కోరింది. ఏప్రిల్‌ 11న టీడీపీ ఎన్నికల కమిషన్‌కు ఇచ్చిన లేఖలో తాము ఆర్థిక పరమైన అంశాలన్నీ అంచనావేసి పరిస్థితులు బేరీజు వేసుకున్నామని, ఆ తర్వాతే రైతుల రుణాలు మాఫీ చేస్తామని బాబు చెప్పారు. అయినా ప్రజలను ఇంకా మోసపుచ్చుతున్నారు. 
 

ప్రధాన హామీలపై ఊరూవాడా ప్రచారం 

రైతు రుణమాఫీ, డ్వాక్రా రుణమాఫీ, ఇంటికో ఉద్యోగం, నెలకు రూ. 2వేల చొప్పున నిరుద్యోగ భృతి, బెల్టుషాపుల రద్దు, కాపులకు రిజర్వేషన్‌.. ఏపీకి ప్రత్యేక హోదా... వంటి హామీలపై ఊరూవాడా ఫ్లెక్సీలు వాటికి లైట్లు.. గోడలపై రాతలు.. టీవీల్లో ప్రకటనలతో  హోరెత్తించారు. ఎన్నికల సభల్లో చంద్రబాబు ఊదరగొట్టారు. పాంప్లేట్లు వేసి మరీ ఇంటింటికీ పంచారు. ఇదంతా రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగిన తర్వాతనే.. ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలోనే ఈ హామీలన్నీ ఇచ్చారు. రాష్ట్రం విడిపోయిందనీ, 

 

జూన్‌ 2నుంచి రెండూ వేర్వేరు రాష్ట్రాలుగా ఉంటాయని అందరికీ తెలుసు. అయినా చంద్రబాబు మూడున్నరేళ్లు పొద్దుపుచ్చి హామీలన్నీ తుంగలో తొక్కి ఇపుడు అలా అనుకోలేదని, ఉమ్మడి రాష్ట్రంలో ఇచ్చానని అబద్దమాడుతుండడంపై ప్రజలు నిర్ఘాంతపోతున్నారు. ఆర్ధిక అంశాలన్నీ బేరీజు వేసుకున్న తర్వాతనే హామీలిచ్చానని ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి లిఖితపూర్వకంగా ఇచ్చిన చంద్రబాబు ఇపుడు మాటమార్చి.. ఆదాయం వస్తుందనుకుని హామీలిచ్చానని వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తుండడం చూసి విశ్లేషకులు ముక్కున వేలేసుకుంటున్నారు.

‘‘రాష్ట్ర విభజన జరిగిన తర్వాత ఆర్థికపరమైన అన్ని అంశాలనూ దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని రెండు రాష్ట్రాలకు వేర్వేరు మేనిఫెస్టోలను విడుదల చేశాం. అన్ని కులాల సమస్యలను తీరుస్తాం.. కాపులకు రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పిస్తాం.. వాల్మీకులను ఎస్టీలలో చేరుస్తాం..’’

Mr. Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy was born on December 21, 1972 in Pulivendula village of Kadapa District, Andhrapradesh. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy popularly called as Jagan Anna, son of Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. Y.S JAGAN is considered as the leader of youth in Andhrapradesh. Y.S Jagan’s followers in the Congress have been staging rallies for quite some time now demanding that to take the plunge. Mr. Vivekananda Reddy(M.P) said that in view of this demand, the Chief Minister and his family members had approved his entry into politics. Y.S. Jagan had been playing a key role in Congress and moulding the party cadre, especially youth, Describing him as a young leader possessing leadership qualities,he had also been taking the Government schemes to the rural people. So people wanted him to enter state politics and contest from kadapa parliament constituency in 2009.

Education:

Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy received his
early education from Pulivendula and later 
obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration. 
While in college, he took active part in sports, excelled in
Cricket and won several shields at various Inter-collegiate tournaments.

Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy started his professional career
as a predecessor of his father as he is busy in politics and proved him self as

He founded the daily Telugu news paper saakshi (www.sakshi.com ).
Jagan is offering the saakshi news paper with all colour pages for Rs.2.50/-. 
Now Jagan wants to promote Telugu news tv channel. Mr Jaganmohan Reddy set up a unit, Raghuram Cements, spread over 2,000 acres at Nallalingayapalle in Kamalapuram constituency. His initiative got Dalmia Cements and Bramhani steel plant at Jammalamadugu, 
 Easwar Cements in Mylavaram and Rs. 270-crore 
Govindaraja spinning mills in Pulivendula. 
Y.S Jagan is directly providing employment to Thousand’s of people through his projects.


Pulivendula today has become synonymous 
with Y.S Jagan, the autos bear his name,every one in Andhra Pradesh knows him .
 his home has a floating crowd. It is a home for all.

Political Career:


At the young age driven by his passion to 
serve the poor and inspired by the then Prime minister Mr.Rajiv Gandhi

 other than his father Mr.Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy he took the Indian National Congress membership.From then onwards he never look back continued working for the people.
 Many a times people requested him to contest elections but 
he sensitively rejected saying it is not necessary to to be an MLA or MP to serve the the people.

Throughout his public life, Mr. Jagan has worked actively for the 
 welfare of women and children and the underprivileged sections of society.
 For their benefit, he established several institutions.

DR. YEDUGURI SANDINTI RAJASEKHARA REDDY, popularly known as Y.S, is the most promising among his generation of politicians. He is known for his forth - right speech and frank approach. A conscientious congressman, YS is known as a warm blooded and cool-headed mass leader. Honesty is not a virtue that was cultivated by him for years; it is his second nature. :: His Background ::
Dr. Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy hails from Pulivendula, a small town from Cuddapah district of the backward Rayala Seema region. He comes from a family, which stood for the cause of the downtrodden masses for generations daring the wrath of feudal lords of Cuddapah district. His father Late Y.S.RAJAREDDY was known for his dare-devilish temperament and mercurial dynamism as a leader of the forlorn masses. YSR inherited these qualities from his father to emerge as a darling of the deprived in our State.
:: His Legacy ::
Second son of Sri Raja Reddy, YSR – born on Eighth of July 1949 - was a natural heir to his father’s legacy. His father had always been a source of inspiration for YSR since his childhood. It was none other than Sri Raja Reddy who led YSR into active politics. If YSR had any role model in his earlier days it was his father. His brutal murder in 1998 inflicted a deep injury and left a dark scar on YSR’s heart.
:: Disciplinarian to the core ::
YSR, a disciplinarian to the core, gets up in the early hours and prepares himself for the grueling long day stretching for 16-17 hours. A health and hygiene conscious person he is, YSR is very particular about physical culture, yoga and meditation. A weightlifter in his student days, his strong conviction is “ A sound soul in a sound body ”. YSR keeps on to his appointments on the dot while he never spared any one for complacence in this regard. Not many people know that YSR is keenly interested in reading fiction in English. His favourite author is Mario Puzo, the creator of epoch making novel “ God Father”. He has a particular liking for light-reading material. He complains to his friends against his being deprived of the pleasure of reading. But everything has its place in the disciplinarian’s world.
:: Family Life ::
YSR is married to Smt.Vijayalakshmi in1971 and is blessed with a son and a daughter. A proud grand-dad he is, YSR enjoys the company of his grand children to the brim – needless to mention here that he rarely finds any time to spare for his family members. His busy schedule hardly allows him to steal a few moments for his family. YSR’s son emerged a successful entrepreneur to the utmost pleasure of his father. Son Jagan Mohana Reddy, daughter-in-law Bharathi, their children, daughter Sharmila, son-in-law Anil Kumar and their children enjoy a very special place in YSR’s world.
:: Education and Career ::
YSR is graduated in medical science from M.R.COLLEGE OF GULBARGA. He did his House-Surgeoncy in SV Medical college, Tirupathy. After completing MBBS, he served as Medical Officer at CSI Campbell Hospital, Jammalamadugu for a brief period. In 1973 he established a 70-bed charitable hospital at Pulivendula in the name of Sri Y. S. Raja Reddy. The hospital continues to serve the poor till today. His family established a Polytechnic and a degree college in Pulivendula, which were later handed over to the well-known Loyola institutions. Besides these, YSR's family established many more educational and training centers in and around Pulivendula. Raveendranatha Elementary and High School must be mentioned first. And YS family also established a Junior college for girls in memory of Sri Venkata Reddy, grand father of YSR.Y.S. Raja Reddy ITI in Pulivendula and Y.S. Raja Reddy junior college in Simhadri Puram were also established subsequently Born on July 8, 1949, Dr.YSR is into active politics since a quarter of a century and has been representing his party on different fora. He was elected to Loksabha fromCuddapah constituency for four times and got elected to A.P. Assembly for four times from Pulivendula constituency. He remains the one of those very few politicians around who never lost an election.
:: Other Accomplishments ::
Getting Tungabhadra water for Pulivendla Branch Canal (PBC), though to a small extent, was his first achievement as MLA. Objective of PBC is to cater to wet-cum-dry irrigation of about 55000 acres, which can be safely said, the dream of Pulivendla taluk.Assessing properly the insufficient source for PBC, YSR fought for Chitravathi Balancing Reservoir (CBR) with a capacity of 5 TMC and could successfully get it sanctioned and got the diaphragm wall built during Congress regime. He organized a movement to enhance the capacity of CBR and got sanctioned 10 TMC capacity CBR during congress regime. He got a comprehensive drinking water scheme that can cater to the needs of 176 villages in Pulivendla constituency. Former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao laid the foundation for this scheme. Thanks to this scheme not less than 80 villages are getting water during all seasons. Wherever the need for drinking water or irrigation water arises, you find YSR there. Former Chief Minister of A.P Sri. N.T. Rama Rao took cue from the Rayalaseema agitation for water under the leadership of YSR and laid foundations for Telugu Ganga project, Srisailam Right Branch Canal, Galeru Nagari canal, & Gandikota reservoir. YSR’s personal contribution in realizing projects like RTPP (Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant) at Muddanur, and Proddatur Milk Foods and its ancillaries, Milk chilling plants at various locations are always remembered. For Pulivendla plant, YSR’s family members donated 5 acres of land. His positive intervention intoprojects like laying Yerraguntla-Nandyal railway line, and Chittoor – Kurnool national Highway resulted in their expedited implementation .
:: His follower's Leader ::
The most important quality that marks YSR a distinct leader is his attitude to his followers. He has always been his cadre’s leader. He was not enforced upon his ranks; it is those grass-root level Party workers cutting across the regions, castes, communities and groups, who chose him to be their leader. Followers’ being loyal to their leaders is a regular stereotype; but a leader of YSR’s stature honouring his followers’ word with a religious fervour is certainly a rarity.

జననేత వైయస్‌ జగన్‌ కుటుంబ పెద్దగా... వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ అభిమానులు, వైయస్‌ఆర్‌సీపీ నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు అందరూ ఒకే జట్టుగా ఏర్పడి సమస్యలను చర్చించుకుని ప్రభుత్వంపై పోరాటం చేసేందుకు ఏర్పడిందే వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ కుటుంబం. అర్హత ఉన్నా పింఛన్, రేషన్‌ కార్డు, ఇల్లు, ఇవ్వకపోవడం, ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ, ఫీజు రీయింబర్సుమెంట్‌ సరిగా లేకపోవడం వంటి సమస్యలను ప్రధానంగా చర్చించి పరిష్కారానికి కృషిచేయడం జరుగుతుంది. జన్మభూమి కమిటీ ల నిర్వాకం వల్ల రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడానికి వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ కుటుంబం చక్కని వేదిక. ప్రజలెవరూ తమ సమస్యలపై నాయకులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేల చుట్టూ తిరగకుండా అక్కడికక్కడే యుద్ధప్రాతిపదికన పరిష్కరించేందుకు ఏర్పాటు చేసిందే వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ కుటుంబం. వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ కుటుంబంలో సభ్యులుగా చేరడానికి 91210 91210 నెంబర్‌కు మిస్డ్‌ కాల్‌ ఇస్తే చాలు. వెంటనే మీ నెంబర్‌కు వైయస్‌ జగన్‌ నుంచి వాయిస్‌ కాల్‌ వస్తుంది. ఆ తర్వాత మీకు పార్టీ కార్యాలయం నుంచి మరోసారి కాల్‌ వస్తుంది. అప్పుడు మీ సమస్యలను చెబితే ఒక టోకెన్‌ నెంబర్‌ ఇస్తారు. సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాగానే మళ్లీ ఆ నెంబర్‌కు కాల్‌ చేస్తారు. సెప్టెంబర్‌ 11 నుంచి అక్టోబర్‌ 2 దాకా ‘వైయస్సార్‌ కుటుంబం’ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహిస్తారు.

వైయస్సార్‌ జిల్లా పులివెందులలోని వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ ఆడిటోరియంలో వైయస్‌ఆర్‌ 8వ వర్ధంతి సందర్భంగా ఆయన ‘వైయస్సార్‌ కుటుంబం’ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా పార్టీ నేతలు, కార్యకర్తలనుద్దేశించి మాట్లాడుతూ రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతి కుటుంబాన్ని ‘వైయస్సార్‌ కుటుంబం’లో సభ్యులుగా చేయడానికి పార్టీ నేతలు, కార్యకర్తలు, అభిమానులు ఇంటింటికీ వెళ్లాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంపై శనివారం నుంచి ప్రారంభమైన శిక్షణ రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న బూత్‌ కన్వీనర్లకు ఈ నెల 11వ తేదీ దాకా కొనసాగుతుందని చెప్పారు. ఈ నెల 11వ తేదీ నుంచి అక్టోబర్‌ 2వ తేదీ దాకా రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతి గ్రామంలో ఈ కార్యక్రమం జరుగుతుందని ప్రకటించారు.

ప్రతి గ్రామానికీ సచివాలయం

‘వైయస్సార్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వెంటనే అధికార వికేంద్రీకరణతో జరిగే విప్లవాత్మక పాలనలో భాగంగా ప్రతి గ్రామంలో గ్రామ సెక్రటేరియట్‌ (సచివాలయం) ఏర్పాటు చేస్తాం. ఈ సెక్రటేరియట్‌లో ఆ గ్రామానికి చెందిన వివిధ సామాజిక వర్గాల వారికి పది మందికి ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తాం. మిస్డ్‌ కాల్‌ ద్వారా తమ సమస్యలు తెలియజేసుకున్న వారి సమస్యలు యుద్ధ ప్రాతిపదికన పరిష్కరిస్తాం. సమస్యల పరిష్కారం కోసం ప్రజలెవరూ ఎమ్మెల్యే చుట్టూ, మంత్రుల చుట్టూ తిరక్కుండా అక్కడికక్కడే పరిష్కరించే ఏర్పాటు చేస్తాం’ అని ఆ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు, ప్రతిపక్ష నేత వైయస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు.

బూత్‌ కమిటీలు ఏం చేస్తాయంటే...

వైయస్సార్‌ కుటుంబం కార్యక్రమానికి ఏ పేపర్లు తీసుకుని పోవాలి? ప్రజలకు ఏం చెప్పాలి? అనే విషయాలను 11వ తేదీ వరకు జరిగే శిక్షణలో వివరించి చెబుతారు. ఈ నెల 11వ తేదీ నుంచి అక్టోబర్‌ 2వ తేదీ వరకు 20 రోజులపాటు ఈ కార్యక్రమం జరుగుతుంది. గ్రామంలో బూత్‌ కమిటీలో 10 మంది ఉంటే ఒక్కొక్కరు రోజుకు రెండు కుటుంబాలను కలవాలి. ప్రతి బూత్‌ కమిటీ సభ్యుడు ప్రతి ఇంట్లో కనీసం 20 నిమిషాలు కూర్చొని వారితో మాట్లాడి బాబు మూడున్నరేళ్ల పాలనకు సంబంధించి తయారు చేసిన 100 ప్రశ్నలకు వారితోనే మార్కులు వేయించాలి. వైయస్ఆర్ హయాంలో జరిగిన అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, ఆయన స్వర్ణయుగం గురించి వివరించాలి.
